I am the owner of a competitive small business, which specializes in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and plumbing. I opened my business about 13 years ago, but that's not when my career in this field started. I began working for a heating and air conditioning company as a laborer as soon as I graduated trade school and continued in the trade with opening my own business. I run a very well-organized and respectable business giving my customers the satisfaction of knowing that they will have a job well done and in a timely manner. I have a very good relationship with all of my customers, and most of my work is done through a reference of a prior relationship. I work diligently and supervise all my employees, ensuring that they are working the same.
