- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is determined by distance traveled, hours of involvement, and choice of a CD of full resolution images or a full album.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically I work around their needs. Staying open to find out exactly what the customer likes is the best way to understand what they are looking for so that I may provide the best results. Any and all requests are discussed through email, text or phone, whichever is most convenient. A face-to-face meeting can be arranged as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years, I've documented several weddings. I currently hold a Bachelor's degree in Art and have taken photography/photoshop courses along the way. I have over a decade of experience in the art of photography and editing.
