We had a great experience working with Jorge and his team for the exterior painting of our Tudor home.
The project included sanding and painting all of the exterior decorative beams and window frames, as well as hammering nails back in place and patching holes. Jorge and his partner came out for a walkthrough on the day of the initial call, listened carefully to our requests, and offered very reasonable pricing.
What stood out to us was the attention to detail. The team carefully sanded the window frames before painting, which made a big difference in the final result. Communication throughout the project was excellent — Jorge was very responsive and patient when discussing details such as paint colors and finish options (satin vs. flat), making sure everything aligned with our expectations.
What impressed us the most, however, was their accountability and professionalism. For a large house like ours, especially with a team of 4–5 people working over the weekend, it’s unrealistic to expect perfection on the first pass. We asked them to come back twice for touch-ups, and they were completely accommodating, responsible, and maintained a great attitude throughout the process. That level of care and customer service is hard to find.
It was truly a pleasure working with Jorge and his team. We would absolutely recommend them to friends and would happily work with them again in the future.
