This was first encounter with Fox Chase for some carpentry work. I received a speedy response once I contacted them for a quote. This was a small job, but a very important one for me. Fox Chase did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, The price was fair, and Mr. Kolldani was just a very nice person, very pleasant, and accommodating. I definitely would call on him again when I have any new projects. First impressions are lasting impressions. I was very pleased with the results.

I highly recommend Fox Chase Painting and Carpentry. They came very quickly to start the project of redoing the framing and baseboards as well as repainting the walls in our front entryway. It looks incredible, so much bigger and brighter. we will be hiring them for the rest of our house.

I am extremely pleased with the work that Lisander did in our home - just today! He responded almost immediately when I first posted this past week on Thumbtack and came by the house two days later to check out my list of 10 tasks. He arrived this morning spent half a day repairing stairs, sealing the picture window in the sunroom followed by patching and painting the wall. He re-caulked our kitchen sink and counters as well as the double vanity in our master bath. And repaired several other areas around the house. I was most impressed with the efficiency and quality of Lisander's work. Although he's friendly and pleasant, he doesn't waste time chit chatting but gets right to work. Our house was left spotless when he left. I am beyond delighted having my list of tasks completed and done so well. Highly recommend Fox Chase Painting and Decorating, owned by Lisander.
