What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer sends me their project I confirm their message through the Thumbtack app then I give them a call. Lately I have been receiving scam calls, so I don't answer my phone. After we set a date for an estimate, I will provide all info needed and time frame for project. I only do estimates in person.
