Juan is very effective, always on time. Very honest and very patient. He has done miracle on my badly used rental property that now look like new home. I have absolute confidence in him. This guy is great!

Juan and his team did excellent work for us. I called them on short notice to clean out the apartment that we moved out of and they were there the next morning on time. We had collected more stuff that I would've ever thought was there over the years and this team came in and knocked it out in about three to four hours. I was completely satisfied with the work. My husband and I are planning to use Juan for some things at our new house. If you need someone with a great personality who will come out and work hard and do a great job, then you should hire Juan and his team. He also tells jokes....hahaha.
