I scheduled a few days ago to have the Pro stop by on Saturday at 9am. I confirmed Friday afternoon with the Pro that we were still good for 9am Saturday. He said Yes sir. Saturday came and the Pro did not show up. I messaged him asking for an update at 9:30am (I recieved no response) and then I finally called at 11am. He told me he was finishing other lawns in my area and he'd be at my place at 1pm. It is currently 7:52PM and I have not heard back from the Pro or recieved any update or rescheduling. It's safe to say I will never be working with this Pro or recommending them to others.
