Pedro and his partner were lovely to work with. We negotiated a price that worked for us and within three days of the negotiation the work was done. We really liked him and his guys quite a bit. We’ve already arranged for more work.

Initially when hired last summer, 2022, I viewed the service as good. However, in the agreement last year Pedro agreed that since he did the landscape late summer he would agree to come back this summer and do replanting with it included in the agreement and payment of last year. He has done none of that. He has not responded to calls or texts from me about completing the replanting and clean up. I believed he would honor the agreement when I hired him last summer. He did not and has not had the decency to respond to my inquiries about the agreement. I expected integrity to an agreement.

The painter did a horrible job, I have to redo all what he said he did. He refused to show up after taking 98% of the payment. I will not recommend this guy for any job or go near anything called house painting.
