Ronal responded to my outreach promptly. I waited a couple of days after the snowstorm making the snow removal a BIG job! Snow that was deep with ice on top made it a very difficult job. They worked hard to clear our driveway, walkway to the front of the house and sidewalk. I will call Ronal every time snow removal is needed.

I was very impressed with Ronal and his crew. They plowed the whole area starting at 2:30 am . I had requested 3 walkways, steps and 2 long sidewalks which was done in record time. Whatever salt and de-icer that they used, it has kept the whole area ice free. Also, to my surprise, they even shoveled and de-iced the open front porch. Thank you for a fanastic job!!
