Ryan did a good job, and charged a very reasonable price -- but the end result was not much better than I could have done myself. Perhaps that was because I had to supply the cutting tools, the ladder to reach the bushes, and the bags to place the cuttings into.
Three days before the job, Ryan asked me, "do u have clippers I can use? My are a bit dead, not sharp." Fortunately, I have purchased a variety of cutting tools, and I am aware that they can get to the point where sharpening is necessary. However, if that happens, it would seem to me that a professional would get the tools ready before agreeing to do a job.
He said he would arrive "Around 230-3", but when he arrived at about 3:30 he had nothing but a small bag. He worked well, cut a good portion of the bushes I needed to get cut, but I just didn't feel the job was completed. For example, I wanted the bush in the front to look smooth all over, but the top ended up with some ragged parts still sticking up.

Ryan did a great job with our fall cleanup and leaf bagging! The job ended up being bigger than we first thought and Ryan cheerfully took the time it needed. Ryan is an experienced landscaper who knows his way around a garden! We're planning to use him again again for our routine yard maintenance.
