Anna really helped me tackle what was holding me back. She would ask the right questions and when I started rambling and avoiding answering she would stop me and help me find a straight forward answer. I would get homework that really helped to feel I have a goal for the week. Working over zoom helped me fit the sessions in my schedule. Regarding schedule when I started with her I always felt I had no time and she made me see that, with some organization and actually focusing on one task, I still had a lot of time. If you want to work on limiting beliefs and taking your life to the next level, she’s the one!

Check references and make sure it is the right fit for you. Think about your goals and values and look for someone who’s work aligns with those traits.
