- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This package is for you if you are coupled or preparing for marriage and facing communication, trust, family planning, intimacy, or conflict resolution issues. Individual Coaching 4 x 1hr private sessions Limited email and chat support between coaching sessions (not to exceed 15minuts). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The sessions are non-judgemental. As your life coach, I want to know you and I want you to know me as much as we can in our first 45 minutes. As we take part in this exchange and I get a general sense of who you are, then I will ask you to think about what you want to work on. As my clients outline their goals, each subsequent meeting is designed to meet the client's needs for that session. If we agree we want to work with each other, I collect general information and email you a coaching agreement. Our future sessions will pick up from where we left off during the last session. Homework may be discussed to help keep clients accountable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The primary credential of any coach is the success of his or her clients. Additionally, I am a graduate of CoachU, I have a BA in Organizational Leadership, and a Diploma in Pastoral studies. in addition to this, I have a combined 41years of Customer Service experience.
