I had not been consciously looking for a life coach or therapist when I met Kessuda, but I am so grateful that we found each other. Her compassionate and gentle guidance has helped me to reach a new level of awareness and self knowledge that is transforming the way I have always seen my place in the world and in relationships. Through the use of Mindfulness Based Enneagram Practice, I am learning how my habitual thoughts and behaviors have kept me stuck in patterns that limited my personal growth. I am also learning how to observe my feelings, thoughts and body sensations without judgment, allowing me to get in touch with my needs, so that I can communicate them clearly to others. I treasure my sessions with Kess - they are an oasis of calm and clarity in our stressful world. If you are struggling with anxiety, self doubt, relationship problems, unhealthy habits or other difficulties in life, you will find effective and highly individualized solutions. Kess has an extraordinary ability to make me feel truly seen and respected in a profound way.Feb 8, 2021

I am an interfaith chaplain and spiritual director and have experienced spiritual and therapeutic accompaniment in numerous settings and modalities; among all of them, Kessuda's approach is totally unique. Some therapists may not reach the spiritual dimensions of the human person and some spiritual guides may not grasp the nuances of personality psychology, but Kessuda integrates mindfulness practice, personality psychology, and counseling techniques in a seamless fabric of holistic care. I have felt nurtured in body, mind, heart, and spirit. Because her feedback is so specific and because she uses the enneagram model of the human psyche as a framework for self-understanding, I have grown in self-awareness more quickly and effectively than in other settings without such a helpful paradigm. She has helped me to understand how the dynamics of personality affect my relationships and communication style, and she has given me inspiration for my own clinical work with others. Her group sessions have also introduced me to a vibrant and enriching community of learning. Lastly, it'd be impossible not to mention how warm, kind, and trust-worthy she is. I recommend that anyone engaged in the journey of self-understanding contact Kess to see if she can be of help!Oct 30, 2020

Kessuda has been an amazing mindfulness teacher for me and has changed the way I live day to day and handle my mental health. She has also been a mentor in my life aside from this. I can't recommend her enough to others who are looking for help in this area.Nov 1, 2020

Although I did not reach complete enlightment :), the work I did with Kess definitly improved my life. A better knowledge of my own behaiviour and my inner pattern which lead to a higher self-acceptance and so to a higher hapiness.Oct 30, 2020

Kessuda is an extraordinary person. She has helped me tremendously concerning the Enneagram/my Enneagram type and deepening emotional intelligence. She has loads of knowledge, skills, and experience in her work area, but more importantly, she is genuinely empathetic and thoughtful. Anyone would be lucky to have Kessuda as a teacher. She is a diamond.Oct 29, 2020
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$80/ hour for 3 first session. For continuing sessions after that $70/ hour. For those who willing to give commitment and take an effort to work for change, but have limitations about the fee, I will be happy to work out a suitable fee that matches your need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I meet my clients where they are, starting with discovering their purpose and what they want to achieve. I introduce mindfulness practice immediately and use it in every session. We sit for 5-10 minutes at the beginning of each session which helps my customers become grounded, get in touch with what’s going on inside themselves, and recognize their expectations and goals. We pause to sit at other times as well, as needed. - I fully listen and gently ask questions to explore their obstacles, inquire about their reality to gain clarity, guide them in exploring their own values and needs, help overcome any blocks, and brainstorm strategies and action plans for achieving their goal. Depending on the client’s personality, preferences, and needs, I ask a power question. I use MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) or any of a wide variety of other tools and techniques to facilitate their discovery process. For instance, to cultivate self-awareness we may learn about the Enneagram, to develop emotional management skills we may practice mindfulness, and to practice better communication we may explore nonviolent communication techniques. - At the end of each session, clients make a commitment to do some assignments that support their goals. Each client is unique. At all times, I let them set the pace and have a say in how they would like to proceed (but I will encourage and sometimes challenge their choices if that may offer an especially helpful path for them).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?1.MBSR and MBCT teacher certification. 2.Enneagram Teacher and Coach Certification. 3.Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health. 4.Professional Youth, Parenting and Family Coach (YPFC)
