• What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

  Spa Etiquette Arrival We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to change and get comfortable. Slip on a robe, have a steam or enjoy complimentary refreshments in our spa lounge. Scheduling & Missed Appointments Rescue Rittenhouse Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy and requires a credit card number to reserve two or more treatments and all spa packages. If you do not call to cancel your reservation within 24 hours or do not show for your scheduled treatments, Rescue reserves the right to charge your credit card for the scheduled treatments. Payment Rescue accepts Cash, Valid Rescue Gift Certificates, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Prices The cost of services with Danuta Mieloch is not included in this brochure. Please ask our spa concierge for Danuta’s prices. Cellular Phones In order to preserve our tranquil, relaxing atmosphere for you and our other guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phones while at Rescue. Changing Rooms & Amenities Rescue has separate men’s and women’s changing rooms, each equipped with lockers, roomy showers, steam rooms, plush robes, slippers and grooming essentials. Rescue at Home/Products/Gifts Following the skin care recommendations of your Rescue specialist at home will prolong the benefits of your spa treatments. Find the latest in skin care products—many exclusive to Rescue in Philadelphia—jewelry, and eclectic gifts in our beauty boutique. We arrange gifts for all occasions and will deliver. Rescue Series Programs To stay on schedule with your commitment to skin care, we offer significant savings when booking a series of treatments. Rescue Gift Certificates Give the gift of relaxation, revitalization and renewal to a friend with a Rescue Gift Certificate, available in any denomination.
