- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Meet with student and I get to know the student's struggles by looking at their homework or classwork. 2) I build a general breakdown within 15 mins and I am able to know what the major problem areas are. 3) I work to fill in the gaps in the student's knowledge and remove any misconceptions or confusions along the way. 4) I build the student's confidence in doing math or physics problems from the start of the first session until the last. 5) Once the student gains a certain level of confidence, (depends on the student), I switch over to coaching mode and challenge the student and teach the student for mastery of the subject. 6) After the subject is mastered, I teach general learning concepts in how to apply their analytical mindset in any subject they learn in life.
