The moving experience went perfectly. Aaron was responsive and easy to communicate with and get everything planned and scheduled painlessly. On moving day, him and his team showed up and took care of everything seamlessly with respect and care for all items. He was flexible with no concerns when I threw in some extra things I forgot to mention. Everything moved quickly and without any issues. I would happily use them again and recommend them to others.

Long story short… AARON was amazing! The company I booked with didn’t show, and I contacted Aaron last minute after he was done with work for the day, and still made the choice to come help me move. He was to me within 20 minutes, started loading, and unloading everything by himself. I was impressed, and he truly made my night. He’s an awesome guy I would recommend him any, and every time! I highly recommend October Ocean. I moved from Houston to Philly. They were responsible for unloading a 15 ft U-haul into a high rise building. They did it in a timely fashion. Were very careful with all the items, the walls in the apartment, the hallways and the elevator. The interaction was always very professional, responsive and kind. They showed flexibility when I asked to move the start date a couple of hours and appreciate that they showed up early.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For assembly.. it may increase the price of the move because it is time consuming but we do understand that it is needed in most cases..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is best .. to discuss the move distance ,amount of man power needed for the task, parking ,largest item details etc.. we will follow up throughout the day or week leading into the move to make sure everything is still in place because we understand that things come up unexpected... we just ask that you inform us as soon as possible... once everything is verified, the team will show up and take our time with all of your belongings...
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I helped an elderly neighbor at the last minute once his original movers failed to call or show... he noticed the drive within me to complete the task so he suggested that I should take this line of work more seriously in the future... I valued his opinion and took action..
