Everything went pretty smoothly for my move. They handled all my items with great care, including my TVs, mirrors and other larger items. They were professional, moved pretty quickly and unloaded everything where I needed them to go. I added on a last minute junk removal request the morning of and he was very accommodating and helpful with getting it done same day. It was very helpful! There were 4 guys and they all worked very hard to get it done and it was all in good timing. The only issue was 1 item got damaged, it was a bookshelf that I was planning to give away so it wasn't a significant loss. Also, they put tape on a dresser and when removing the tape, it stripped certain areas, so not ideal. Otherwise, they were professional, communicative and great to work with. I would hire them again.

Charles was amazing! He and his crew were able to come the same day and were extremely communicative since I was not there in person. He sent photos and reached out to discuss things that would change the quoted price before doing anything. I really appreciated that! He was reasonably priced and the work was great. I will definitely be using him again! Before and after photos below!
