I’ve been in the moving business over 10 years. Decided to branch off start my own company 4 years ago and been doing great. Now I’m trying something new using Thumbtack. This was my first time hiring a moving company, and I will 100% be reaching out to Toro whenever I move again. Even before the move, Jova was so open with me on prices, where they came from, and the total cost. No hidden fees, very up front, which I appreciate. Jova made the set up of the move easy, and consistently communicated with me on everything. Jova and Rell showed up on time, with great attitudes and were communicative with what needed to be done to get things moving (no pun intended). They were efficient with everything they moved for us. They were detailed and careful with it all, especially my biggest concern- my glass top desk. It made it over to my new home without any issues. They were professional as they were personable. Everyone knows moving is stressful, but Jova and Dell made my roommates and I laugh several times. Probably what I am more so grateful for than anything else they did, was when we asked if they could put together our dining room table and chairs (they were still in shipping boxes). It was a long, LONG day and doing that task for us so we could order take out and sit down after moving made all the difference. They didn’t miss a beat and were more than happy to accommodate us. In short, Toro Movers made my move a lot smoother, and way more bearable. These guys are kind, human, hardworking, punctual- all of the above. Thank you Jova and Rell!!

Great service! I planned to move my own stuff to save money, but I woke up with a gout flair up, so I needed help at the last minute, and these guys were able to help! I'm kicking myself because I rented a truck and just had them help me with a one-way move, I would have actually SAVED money if I had them help me both ways using their own truck. They were great, they took apart my sleep number, bed, and all of my furniture. When I got to my new house, I found all of the hardware shrink wrapped to the furniture it went with! What a genius idea! Thanks again for helping me out at the last minute!
