Option 1 - $150 This is if you are interested in counting your macros - - I provide you with a range of total grams of protein, carbs, and fats you should be consuming in order to lose weight. I can also provide the desired caloric intake for you and your goals. - Help with meal planning - Help with grocery lists - Educate you on how to eat within your set plan - Educate you on food alternative - Recipe ideas Option 2 - $100 - Educate you on proper nutrition - Help with meal planning - Help with grocery lists - Educate you on food alternatives - Recipe ideas Option 3 - $50 per week. - An accountability partner - Daily feedback on your meals - Educate you on food alternatives Option one and two can also include option three at a charge of $50 per week. These are just a few options, but I also will work with my clients depending on what is most beneficial for them.
