- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% off same day / next day service specials. Our service fees for home interiors are based on sq. ft. and odor issues. If a vehicle the base pricing is at $299.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Easy, we simply ask all our odor detective questions to narrow the issue(s) and find the least expensive service fee estimate. Examples of questions would be the severity of the odor, location, and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
