I most enjoy finding a great design plan for a space - a design solution that is creative, unique, beautiful and practical. No matter what style - funky urban, bohemian eclectic or timeless classic, I create designs that are suited to the space and to the people who reside in the space.

I have been a licensed real estate agent for over a decade now, and have come across a multitude of Stagers and Designers throughout my career, and I can say with certainty that Kalyn is by far the best that I have yet to encounter. I use her services regularly whenever I list a home for sale because she is consistently effective in helping the seller obtain a quick sale for the highest possible price. Her results are undeniable.
What makes Kalyn stand out above the rest is the way that she truly cares about her clients and their particular situations, and customizes her services to fit their specific needs. She is great at working within her clients' budgets, and does whatever she can to keep their costs as low as possible, often times repurposing and making use of existing pieces and components. I have even seen her go as far as totally refinishing old furniture and creating custom curtains from scratch. I love that she is extremely hands on and is attentive to every last detail. It always amazes me how she is able to take a room and completely transform both the look and feel of the space, simultaneously making it both elegant yet inviting.
I consider myself truly fortunate to be able to work with a designer of Kalyn's caliber, and I am sure that you will feel the same as well once you put Kalyn to work for you.

Kalyn was awesome! She is professional and easy to work with.

Kalyn did an excellent job for me. She repainted our home library with an outstanding design. She updated an old table to perfectly match the desk. My husband loves the wall so much he won't let me put pictures back on the wall. He calls her painting a work of art!

Kalyn really listens and creates designs that are original, within budget, and everything I hoped for and more. She has a wonderful vision and is very talented. I would definitely work with her again.
