A few weeks ago I hosted a 40th birthday party for my husband and hired Sparkle Events to bartend this event. I must say, from beginning to end, my expectations were not only met, but far exceeded.
Stacie made it a point to check in with me multiple times leading up to the event to ensure that we were always on the same page with venue, guest, and service updates. She also was very eager to offer suggestions about signature cocktails that would compliment the event theme.
The day of our party, Stacie was right on time and arrived with plenty of time to set up and prepare for the evening. She was incredibly friendly and also very professional. She was attentive with all of our guests, and also VERY helpful to me throughout the night. SHE EVEN SLICED AND SERVED OUR CAKE FOR US!!! She went above and beyond in every single way!
I look forward to hiring Stacie for my future events, and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a flawless night :-).

Thanks to Sparkie: Bartender for Hire my son Jeremy's Barmitzvah was not only a sucess, but a real blast for all those who were in attendance! She even managed to charm my 93 year old Uncle from Poland and he doesn't speak a word of English...

Stacie is excellent. This is the second time I have used her services. My guests were thrilled with her service, attitude and most importantly the quality of the drinks. I will continue to use Spark Events for all my partues regardless of the size.

Initially, we were excited to have Stacy on board for our October event, and she seemed equally enthusiastic. However, after receiving a contract with a balance due error, Stacy fixed the error but abruptly ceased all communication, including ignoring our calls, voicemails, and texts, leaving us in the dark for weeks. We're relieved that we hadn't processed the payment, as her unresponsiveness has raised concerns about her reliability, prompting us to search for a new provider with a much tighter timeline, despite our initial anticipation of working together.

I'm sorry, Emerald, that we had some communication issues regarding your event. I know that wedding planning can be a very stressful process and I'm definitely sorry if this situation added to that at all. The balance due error was in fact a miscommunication of the services I was offering for the agreed-upon rate. Had I included the additional requests you had, I would have incurred significant additional costs that would have hurt my business. I responded to you within minutes of your original request and all your messages, many of which I did not receive a response for days. From the beginning of our communication until you left, this review was about a week and a half. Once communication fell apart, I assumed you had moved on, and I centered my attention on other contracted work. As a pro, I know that you don't always get every job you bid on, and this is an expected part of conducting business on a platform like this. I truly hope that you had the wedding of your dreams, and I expect that my fellow Thumbtackers have served you well. I hope that you have a long and happy marriage and that you continue to use the platform as your needs evolve. Thank you for your time. Cheers, Stacie
