The night was perfect thanks to Tony! He arrived on time set up the table made so much delicious food. We had a steak meal which included 3 different types of steak with sides , appetizers, salads and dessert. So much food and it honestly was the best tasting food we ever had. He cleaned everything up after dinner was over and had a great personality as well. He did an OUTSTANDING job! I can’t wait to have him cook for us again in the future.

I had the pleasure to have Chef Tony cook for my man birthday this week. It was a surprise private dinner and it was a success. Chef Tony was well organized and had the food coming out back to back. Everything I took a bite of, caused my taste buds to go wild lol. The portions of the food was great, the quality of the food was great and Chef Tony confidence spoke thru the food. I will book Chef Tony any time I need a service like this again. My man was very very very pleased and this was our first time sharing an experience like this. Chef Tony cooked for my mom’s surprise 60th birthday this past Saturday! We asked him to prepare a special menu to celebrate my mom and to elevate the overall occasion. Chef Tony did not disappoint. He was communicative from the moment I reached out, provided a detailed menu for review and was transparent and fair with pricing. He was punctual, flexible and rolled with the punches. Each dish and wine pairing was thoughtfully and intentionally crafted and made my home feel like a fine dining restaurant. We cannot recommend Chef Tony more highly and we hope to have him a part of other special occasions in the future!

Chef Lawrence demonstrated critical ability to master the essential skills in the kitchen. Chef Lawrence’s interpersonal skills, flexibility and attention to detail, storytelling and showmanship, and conflict resolution skills are exceptional. As a private Chef, his hard skills are centered around his expertise in the kitchen. He was familiar with kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and various cuisines. Chef Lawrence accommodated dietary restrictions (ex., gluten-free meals). He prepared the meals for fine dining, in-home, and a private event. He planned menus, managed food service, and handled our private event planning. Chef Lawrence was be able to create unique dishes using seasonal ingredients. Chef Lawrence demonstrated creative and innovative recipes during his service. He was able to accommodate last-minute changes and was very skilled in meal planning. Chef Lawrence was an excellent communicator and understood the preferences and needs of his clients. I definitely would recommend his services.
