I want to bring the island to you.. Cooking your favorites with a twist.. lve always had a passion for cooking but my parents did support my dreams in becoming a chef.. Go to school and become a nurse. Well, I did go to school but did not end up so well. However, chemistry was calling my name.. So, working in the lab and making beautiful dishes on the side. Now, I hear that I’m the best cook in the family. And many others side that I have changed their minds about the Caribbean. We have many great cooks in my family but l took it a few steps further. I am of Haitian decent and l love incorporating my favors into most dishes.. l am also well versatile in American soul food, and Jamaican cuisine..
