Introduction: I want to bring the island to you.. Cooking your favorites with a twist.. lve always had a passion for cooking but my parents did support my dreams in becoming a chef.. Go to school and become a nurse. Well, I did go to school but did not end up so well. However, chemistry was calling my name.. So, working in the lab and making beautiful dishes on the side. Now, I hear that I’m the best cook in the family. And many others side that I have changed their minds about the Caribbean. We have many great cooks in my family but l took it a few steps further. I am of Haitian decent and l love incorporating my favors into most dishes.. l am also well versatile in American soul food, and Jamaican cuisine..

I booked Chef Faye for a surprise Valentine’s Day dinner date with her as our private Chef. It was an amazing experience. Chef Faye was punctual, communication is amazing, easy and fun to work with, FOOD Was AMAZING! It was a great experience and can’t wait to have her for more future events. Best chef in the area!

I love how she made my menu her own and executed everything well. She also added items I didn’t request but they enhanced the experience and the food was delicious.
