- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not. I base my rates off the individual service I am being asked of. I love working with people and making sure I can help them have the dinner/ meal prep of their dreams within the right budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I will email them, get to know what particular service their looking for. Once that goes well I arrange a meeting in a public area where we can go over the final details of the service I will be providing for them. Depending on what kinds of event or service they need will determine the rest of the process
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually do. I volunteer at my college and aid the culinary classes when their in the kitchen learning how to cook and craft. I get to help them and make them comfortable and I get to see all the new trends and fads that are so popular today!
