KaplunMarx specifically Ted Kaplun helped to make a difficult and stressful time significantly easier. After years of non-response Ted was able to quickly resolve my issues with very little resistance. He stayed in constant contact with me every step of the way and with every new development in my case. He spoke to me honestly, not just telling me what I wanted to hear but telling me what was truly necessary to make sure my case had the best chance of success. I also never felt as if I was only a case, Ted fully understood and empathisized with my situation; I always felt like I was treated like a real person not just a client. In the end Ted Kaplun and KaplunMarx never stopped working to make sure that I received just compensation for a terrible accident and what was the worst time of my life. I can never begin to thank them enough, but I know that in the terrible event of myself, or anyone close to me being injured in the future, they are the only law firm I will ever even consider.
