- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my ability to give you a desired outcome. Again, organizing is much more than coming out with a pretty picture. Beforehand is always decluttering if you haven't already done so. Organizing involves making functional systems for what is to remain in the space. I have packages available for big projects broken down into small sessions. Those packages provide discounts included in them ranging from 10%- 20% based on the one you choose. As those discounts are given upfront, a deposit of 75% is required with the balance due by the first session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a consultation so that we may both see if this is a good fit for what they are trying to accomplish. Once we agree to the terms, a contract is signed, a down-payment is made and we schedule you for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take courses often to improve my skills. Organizing is much more than making things look pretty. Although it's not required, I believe education is an important part of my business being successful. I am a member of two professional organizations NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals) and NABPO (National Association of Black Professional Organizers).
