Professional organizing starts at $125/hour per organizer. Most projects require a 2–3 person team. Four-hour minimum. Travel may apply.

I can’t recommend Tamed Spaces enough! Haley and her team were hard working and efficient in helping us unpack our many many boxes and organizing our belongs. They listened to our requests and were extremely respectful. The level of communication was excellent and we felt very comfortable with them, particularly since we really had no prior experience with Organizers before. A truly valuable resource!! We would probably be unpacking six months later if it weren’t for them.

Ive gotten to know Haley both personally and professionally over the last few years and I cannot imagine a more suiting line of business for her. She exudes creativity, kindness, and passion in all that she pursues. Recently, I was having a small garden party in my back yard, which is mostly concrete with a long garden area bordering the entire patio. Although spacious for a city backyard, its long and somewhat narrow shape has always given me trouble when it comes to decorating, organizing, and placing furniture. Without hesitation, Haley offered to help me prepare for my party. She dove right in, immediately seeing a creative vision for organization. A few hours later, my backyard felt like an entirely new space. It was refreshed, revitalized, and repurposed in a way it had never been in the 5 years Ive lived here. It may seem simple, but she saw potential in places that I hadnt ever and reused furniture that I was ready to throw away. I cannot thank her enough for not only helping me get down and dirty in cleaning, organizing, and decorating my space, but also for helping me fall back in love with my little urban backyard. 10/10 will definitely use Haleys services again!

As a professional chef, all the hours I work affect the time and patience I have to keep my personal life organized. After a holiday weekend of cooking for my family at home, I realized that half the stuff I had in cabinets was just thrown about, food was in several places, and I had pots I haven't used (or maybe even seen!) in years.
I saw a TV show about organizing closets and decided to do more research. I found Tamed Spaces in Philadelphia. Perfect! I have a small apartment just outside Center City.
Haley answered my emails promptly and I send her photos of my tornado of a kitchen. After that, she worked with me to narrow down some possibilities to get the area in shape. She gave me a best guess estimate (I say that because she only saw photos).
Haley came (wearing a mask and rocking her own sanitizer) and checked out the space and gave me an estimate on how long it would take to go through everything.
It was magical. Left to her own devices, she could tell what I hadn't used in forever and set it aside for me to go through and throw out. I parted with nearly all of it. It felt so good to purge!
She left a checklist indicating some additional steps I could take to take to continue staying organized. She followed up with three links to storage items on Amazon and Walmart that I could use to futher organize the kitchen. Now it's almost as tidy and set up like my kitchen at work!
I mentioned my bathroom to her and she said she works with a contractor that could install shelves too. If your space is driving you a little covid crazy you should call her!

Beyond my greatest expectations! It’s positively freeing and exhilarating to have an organized, beautiful and functional room and pantry. We’ll be using Tamed Spaces again soon for other problem areas in our home.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Virtual consultations are free. In-home consultations are $100. Organizing begins at $75/hour for one organizer, $150/hour for a team of two organizers, and $225/hr for a team of three organizers. Please contact for more details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a consultation and we build from there. I give each client a form to fill out so that we can manage each other’s expectations and that everything is written down and agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the American Society of Professional Organizers.
