Introduction: I focus on functional movements. We mostly use your bodyweight. We can add kettle bells and battle ropes to the routine. Being outdoors and being around good people. Getting to know new people and hearing their stories. Training for Life is always fun. Along with sweat we will have many laughs as well.

I had no idea what to expect. Justin's description and beliefs sounded like this was something I needed in my life. I was right. He not only takes the time to correct form he will do the workout with you. He has a great philosophy on how we need to treat our bodies and mind. I just signed up for 10 more classes. Can't wait.
