As a busy father in my 40s looking to loose weight (and having tried unsuccessfully for years) on a whim I decided to hire a trainer. Phil was exactly what I needed. He was able to analyze my eating habits and provide recommendations on diet as well as a training program. During our virtual workouts and in general he kept me accountable and provided just the right amount of motivation. Whenever I had questions he was quick to respond and provide guidance. As I encountered difficulty he suggested alternatives and we made adjustments as needed. Fast forward and I'm happy to report I've reached my initial goal, gained a deeper understanding of nutrition and physical fitness, and I've also acquired some healthy & delicious "go to" meals for my busy life, to boot. Phil is the only personal trainer I had who actually drove to my gym because that's where I was going to work out, and listened to my goals and did a full assessment to see what's causing my problems (goal is to move with pain and ease) and had me do targeted exercises. I also liked how he would send homework to do in between sessions. Finally, Phil is very honest and forthright. Highly recommend!
