Introduction: Learn your body's potential using your own body weight and high/low intensity exercises to attain results. It's as explosive as what your body can handle. Whether it's indoor or outdoor workouts, it's your choice. I am available Tuesday evenings, Wednesday afternoons, Thursday mornings and Saturday mid morning. Flat rate of $60/hour or $50/ hour for a pack of 5 hour sessions.
