I hired Sean for personal training sessions and have been using him for the last three months. Sean has been fantastic. I had not been working out at all before and was a little anxious about getting started. It has been easy to get back into it with Sean. He understood the ramp up period that I required. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I constantly look at the new research that is being released by the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. I also attend conferences by the American College of Sports Medicine.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I saw how fitness changed my life at a young age and devoted my life to showing what fitness can do in other's lives.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?I had a client with two replaced hips come to me for a workout program, I walked her though a workout program and she fell in love with it. She loved my knowledge of how to exercise with her limitations.
