My name is Simeon Williams but I normally go by Sim. I’m a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach located in Philadelphia. I’ve been a advocate for everything fitness for as long as I can remember. I have over 8 years of experience of one-on-one and small group training, with a strong background in boxing, powerlifting and Army physical fitness. I feel what separates me from most trainers, is not my multiple certification and accolades, but my true passion to spread the importance of health and fitness. Having Sims as my PT has really changed my perspective on weight loss. He’s been my PT for a little over 3 months now and I am on track to lose the weight that I need in order to get to my goal weight. I know it will be a journey but I can already see and feel a difference. We focus on strength training, HIIT workouts, and a few other workouts tailored to my needs and physical agility. So far I have kept the weight off, which was very hard to do on my own. He pushes me to do my best and feel confident. He’s very respectable, patient, keeps you accountable with your eating and fitness goals. I can always go into every workout knowing that I am going to get a great workout in and hit my goals. He makes it fun and most importantly each workout is tailored to my strengths. A year ago, I thought I would never be able to run again with my injuries, but now I don’t even feel any pain while I workout. I feel much stronger and I always look forward to each session. I am definitely recommending him to all my friends and coworkers!!!! He is definitely a trainer you want to have for long term goals, whether it’s to get stronger or lose weight and just to train. Sim is a great trainer and beyond that a positive and solid guy. He knows that bodies cannot be built without the right mindset so he brings that into the floor as much as a routine. He has been a great trainer and has designed programs with my goals in mind. He also focuses a lot on fundamentals and teaches you the value of those than just merely lifting. He makes u work hard but have fun along the way!

Sim has been and will be the ONLY personal trainer I will ever have. I’ve known him for awhile now, but it wasn’t until a year ago that I started working out with him. And the results were AMAZING. I barely recognized myself. He helped me not only get in shape but he also taught me how to watch and calculate my micro intake. He also taught me how to not only focus on the number on the scale but also the body difference. If you ever get a change to work with him, DO IT. He is an amazing individual; very respectful, his workouts are challenging but very affective, and as long as you put in the work he is there with you every step of the way guiding you. Best trainer ever ! The pictures alone speaks about his training. With roughly a year difference, 30 pounds down and multiple size down, I am the best I have ever been. Thank you so much for everything Sims!!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I’ve had a strong passion for sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. In high-school, I worked at a Boys & Girls Club. While working there I created a health and fitness program to help spread the importance of fitness and nutrition to the kids of the community. When seeing how great the response was, I was hooked ever since. 11 years later I’m still going strong.
