- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather all information about the event first. If the Client would like to move forward we customize their package with add ons that they are interested in. Once the quote is confirmed, we require a 25% deposit and we send over a docusign contract to secure the date. 10 days before the event the remaining balance must be paid. On the day of the event, our Pro will come at least an hour early to set up. From there the fun begins ;)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team took the first half of this year to fully familiarize ourselves with the booth and software needed to run a smooth show.
