I've used InstaBooth for several events over the last few years with most recent last month for my daughter's Sweet 16. Quiana is both professional and punctual, and most all very friendly to whereas she always engages with the guests in addition to just operating the booth. The kids at my last event seemed a bit shy as if they didnt really want to take pics, but Quiana encouraged and coached them on to pose, make funny faces with Bommerangs and GIFs, then the booth became the life of the party. Turned out great and the digital pictures were perfect. The kids were able to upload them immediately to social media

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    There is a minimum of 2 hours per booking. A discount is available for 4 Hours

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After initial contact and a requested date is available, a contract will be sent to the customer to outline the event details and pricing deposit. Once the contract and deposit is received the date will be set and confirmed. Further contact will be made a week or two prior to the event date for color scheme and personalization details.
