- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a photographer or photo booth company, look out for pure honesty, many times customers come to us and say ask for a photo booth for 4 hours for a 4 hour event, even though its making us more money, we let them know they may only need 3 hrs and we take less money, but the client gets the full usage out of the booth without us standing around doing nothing because people are eating dinner. I know it's a leap of faith but we are well worth it and event though we have only 2 years as a company we have decades of experience & have yet to have one bad review or upset client
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That the customer & their guest with out a doubt will be greatly pleased at how we trat them and their guest. Treat each guest with respect and we have a great time interacting with them without being intrusive.
