- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With us their will be no surprises. Our fees go by time you’d like to rent the booth and our 3 different packages. Website will be updated soon with package description but please ask for details when you reach out !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking how it is I can help them. Making sure everything I can provide will be tailer made for them and their event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from the marketing/sales sides of alcohol. So being around social events is nothing new to me. Customer relations, problem solving, and alleviating a thought process to make my customers selection process simple is what I’ve mastered and developed over the years in customer sales.
