Rays did a phenomenal job with our piano. He responded to my inquiry within minutes and was able to start the project quickly. Our piano needed a deep cleaning, some structural repair, and tuning. Rays explained all of the necessary steps before hand and then worked around our schedule to complete the job. The piano looks and sounds great now. I recommend Koshys Piano very highly. I would use them again without a doubt.
