Had a small mix up with the address so the crew was about 40 minutes late. However, once they arrived they were professional, friendly, and most importantly VERY careful with my grandmother's furniture. They worked quickly and got everything moved to the pod in about an hour. The company is very responsive and I would definitely use them again when necessary. Overall, a great experience.

Yesterday 3/28/25 I got in touch with Tays Moving Company. We disused over the phone what the my job was gong to in entail, which required moving many boxes down in a basement and carrying these items up steps out to the truck. Once this project was done, we drove down the road to my storage unit. Due to unreasonable and yearly increases, I had to move ALL of my items out of the unit and they had use elevators to get everything out of the unit. These guys were fantastic throughout this whole mess and it was 82* We then stopped so I could them both minimally something cold to drink. Then off we went to the new storage unit where they carefully and professionally unloaded the contents from the basement and the old storage unit. They never once stopped, just kept things moving.
