I have been having a problem with my shower f years but over the past few days it had gotten worse. I was expecting overnight guest and really wanted to get it fixed before they came. I contacted Hart plumbing on a Friday morning of July 4th weekend. Braheem was very accommodating and fit me in early evening. My shower had been whining and whistling for a while, but of course it didn't do it once he got here so it was hard for him to understand just what we were experiencing. He noticed that our tub spout was loose and the shower handles was installed incorrectly so he surmised that was most likely the problem. Braheem suggested we replace the spout and let him fix the shower handle. I was not convinced that the tub spout was the culprit but agreed it needed to be replaced. Turns out Braheem was correct. In spite if constant use over the holiday weekend we have not heard the whining at all. Braheem was professional, courteous and extremely patient responding to my 100 questions. He treated my house respectfully and his price was reasonable. I will use Hart Plumbing for any future issues.

Hart’s plumbing provided excellent quality work and customer service. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable of the materials and resources required to complete the new faucet installation. More importantly, he was completely willing to explain the process to me with unequivocal clarity and patience. He answered all of my questions and modeled the use of the new faucet. He even went above and beyond to ensure that the water hose connection was good by getting another connection from Home Depot when the new hose would not attach properly . He tested all aspects of it to demonstrate the successful installation. When he completed the job he returned everything to its normal set up and cleaned up after the job leaving everything spotless.I will definitely be using Hart’s plumbing for other projects. Great quality work and excellent customer service!!!!!!
