We had an emergency situation in our outdoor shower where pipes broke land water was gushing out. This pro was great! He was very pkeasant and efficient. He explained everything he did to my adult daughter ( who was with him most of the time). He also pointed out problems that willl need to be addressed in the future. My master bathroom sink pipe was too snug in the fitting and it popped out causing my house to flood- on all three levels and water to pool in my basement. My electric and water had to be shut off until professionals could assess the damage. I wasn’t expecting a fix today but sure enough I’m less than an hour it was all done.
