Very earnest and professional, responded right away to my messages, and really felt like they cared about the job. Diagnosed the problem correctly despite my giving bad information (I thought it was a shower leak, but it turns out the toilet tank was leaking into a gap in the wall behind the sink), and did the repair same day. Only charged $150 for 3 hours of work, two people -- other plumbers asked for $90 just for diagnostic and $300-600 for the repair. Hire these guys, they will work for you!
