I have used Prosperity for almost a year now. Their staff is always responsive and well organized. A few months ago one of my tenants moved out because they needed a bigger apartment, and they found me a new tenant right. Also, a great positive about this company is that they are very communicative with me as the landlord and with my tenants.

When I hired Prosperity a few months ago I was regularly having an issue with my tenant every time rent was due. Since they took over managing the property, I haven't had to deal with the hassle since. I don’t know what they do or how they do it , but they fixed the one thing that was bothering me for months.

No standard pricing system. We quote based on the projected workload of each situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a phone call where I get to know the clients situation, experience level and needs. Every client is different so we cater to each one based on their own wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in investing, prop management and real estate in general since 2014. I have a brokers license and have had literally 100's of hours of education through out the years. Always striving to learn more and improve.
