When I hired Prosperity a few months ago I was regularly having an issue with my tenant every time rent was due. Since they took over managing the property, I haven't had to deal with the hassle since. I don’t know what they do or how they do it , but they fixed the one thing that was bothering me for months.

I hired Prosperity to manage my property a few months ago. Their management team is very professional and their screening process is just the best. This company is awesome at what they do. I had a problem the other day with a leak in my bathroom. I contacted Prosperity and they sent their own construction team to resolve the issue. The guys they sent were very professional and the cost of the job was very fair.

No standard pricing system. We quote based on the projected workload of each situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a phone call where I get to know the clients situation, experience level and needs. Every client is different so we cater to each one based on their own wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in investing, prop management and real estate in general since 2014. I have a brokers license and have had literally 100's of hours of education through out the years. Always striving to learn more and improve.
