I had 2 properties become available during the height of the pandemic. It was frightening to think that the traditional ways of showing a property were not possible. No one wanted to meet live and everyone wanted a virtual showing.I contacted Sean and his team about the need for a virtual showing. His team was prompt, efficient and did an amazing job showcasing the properties! Not only do I now have a virtual showing for years to come but I also had both apartments rented in just 2 days!I thank Sean and his team for providing a great service with amazing quality. I will use his team in the future when my other properties become available for rent. Seans Virtual showings are amazing and I will never do a live showing again without a virtual showing first. Highly recommend!

The virtual tours completed by Momentum 360 for the apartments that I am currently marketing look great and the response time from contract engagement to Matterport websites was very quick. I recommend their services and will use them in the future as the need arises.

His true expertise shined through as he captured the old world charm and pure elegance of this home. Many of my clients have commented on the photographs! Momentum 360 builds a custom-quote for every client. We're not a cookie-cutter type business model. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our client's work. Thus, we price our services on a custom basis to ensure they achieve everything they want and more!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Momentum 360 likes to build long relationships with our clients. We typically hop on a 5-10 minute call with first timers to build report and understand their needs. Once finalized, we draw up a custom soup-to-nuts plan that outlines everything they're looking for, and then we execute!
