- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and organized: 1. Quick call/text to understand the issue and schedule a visit. 2. On-site inspection of the roof/exterior, photos included, and I explain what I find. 3. Clear written estimate with options when it makes sense (repair vs. replace). 4. Scheduling + prep — materials ordered, timeline confirmed, and you know what to expect. 5. Clean, professional work with daily updates if it’s a multi-day job. 6. Final walkthrough to make sure everything looks right, cleanup is done, and you’re 100% satisfied.
