- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Super simple process, we get a call, or a response to our quote via Thumbtack, then we reply back with our regular rate. We also like talk to the customers on the phone so they can tell us more about the project or issues they are having so we can always give our them an accurate quote for the project or issue.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We believe that a customer should have a very good and easy experience when talking to an IT professional in the area. They should look for a professional that can help the customer understand what they are getting from that particular IT professional. Not to be afraid to ask as many questions as possible.
