- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 4 ways to work with me and they all differ in price. There are payment plans available where you can pay over 3-12 months if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first meet them through a phone call or zoom call. This is a half-hour free call. On this call I ask them about the struggles and challenges they are having with developing their psychic abilities and Spirituality to see how I can help them. And I find out why they want to develop these skills to ensure I can mentor them precisely with their goals. Then I tell them about the different options they can work with me and answer any questions they might have. Once a client decides to work with me, I send them an agreement and a waiver to sign and an invoice. Once I receive the invoice the modules are sent to the client so they can start working on them. Then they can reach out to me at any time through email with any questions they might have or through my private Facebook group. And there are biweekly live Q and A calls to be able to ask questions also. If a client misses one of the calls, a recording is sent to them. If there is extra time during the calls, we will do psychic exercises together to strengthen our skills. I am very hands-on and am there every step of the way with my clients so I respond quickly and answer them thoroughly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a psychic medium since a very young age. I worked with my own mentor who gave me the skills and techniques necessary to become a successful psychic medium. I took classes at the Arthur Findlay College in the UK to further my education on mediumship. I have been mentoring clients for over a year now to help them develop their psychic abilities.
