FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically begin with an initial on-site consultation for a flat fee of $250. This visit allows us to assess the project in person, understand your specific needs, and determine the appropriate level of support required from our team. Our goal is always to deliver the most cost-effective, safe, and efficient path to construction. By aligning expectations early, we can tailor our services to suit your budget and ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I can visit your project site within a day or two to assess the existing conditions and better understand your goals. After this initial consultation, if it looks like we’re a good fit for your project, I’ll put together a detailed proposal outlining the scope of services and associated costs. This approach ensures transparency and allows us to tailor the level of support to what your project truly needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State and a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado. With nearly 10 years of experience as a structural engineer focused on buildings, I bring both technical expertise and a practical, solutions-driven mindset to every project.
