I hired Proper Design Engineering to rebuild my existing roof with heavy slate roof tiles. My ceiling joists that supported the roof failed and began to push the wall below that supported them, and that wall pushed the second-floor joists. I noticed a deflection on the 2nd floor. I found Proper Design Engineering and consulted with them. He recommended how we can reinforce the existing roof structure and recommended a perfect contractor for this project. They provided me with blueprints, and the township approved it. Everything was perfect in a very short time. I got a great deal for my project, and the job is done. I am very satisfied with the result. They saved my life from the complete collapse of my house.

He demanded I pay in advance for an onsite inspection. I paid him. He asked me a few questions and said “I’m not coming out. It’s not worth my time.” He said he had other much “more important jobs to do.” I think this guy is crook. Only refunded my money when I brought Thumbtack into the picture. Stay away!!!

Timothy, I consulted you for free and provided all the information that was possible for your problem. You want to demolish your existing vent system. I told you. You can only do it by getting a permit from L&I. I can`t provide anymore information even if I will do a site inspection. I spent my valuable time consulting you. You told me that you knew it without my advices. I am still determining what you want from me. Please contact someone else if you do it for your fun. Thanks.
