They responded to my request in the same day. I was originally going to have to wait a few days because of their schedule. But then they had a cancellation and was able to come the very next day after I called them. They brought a team of three or four, and a wood chipper and all the instruments. They methodically cut down the tree and fed through the wood chipper, cleaned up, got paid and kept going. I have no complaints they were great!
